Job Description

The Equipment Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed technical specifications for engineering equipment, collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures to enhance preventive maintenance effectiveness. This role involves improving production equipment, modifying and qualifying it, and repairing technical flaws to boost equipment quality, yields, cost, and productivity. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronic engineering, with relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing being highly recommended.
Must have:
  • Preparing a detail technical specification guideline for an engineering equipment and work in collaboration with manufactures, component suppliers, maintenance staff, and other technical involved in designing and development per package innovation specification.
  • Require working in compliance with maintenance methods and procedures enhance current way of working to achieved desired state of Preventive Maintenance effectiveness.
  • Improvement production equipment, modifying with qualification and repairing the technical flaws improve equipment quality, yields, cost and productivity.

  • Relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing or equipment manufactures of engineering
  • Sense of responsibility towards work accomplishment
  • Sense of integrity
  • Specialized knowledge and skills in Semiconductor Assembly Engineering

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic and Electrical, Mechatronic, or other relevant sub-fields of engineering.
  • Relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing or equipment manufactures of engineering is highly recommended.
  • Good oral, written and verbal communication, problem solving ability using DMAIC methodology
  • Sense of responsibility towards work accomplishment, and sense of integrity along with the specialized knowledge and skills in Semiconductor Assembly Engineering will be advantage.
