The SW Development Engineer / Architect is responsible for establishing coding requirements at the block, sub-system, or system level. Software is crafted to NXP standards, including code review processes as deployed by team management. Development of code and associated features is tracked with a traceability matrix. Support for code integration, testing, and system validation acceptance testing is required at every development phase. Software development engineers use common development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
