European Market Hardware Fulfilment Planning Specialist

Job Summary
The NWE and CEE PS Market supply chain Operations teams support the entire Personal System business for these geographies.
Our main goals are to support customers orders while optimizing fiscal and calendar quarters attainment, and meeting the supply chain targets (Inventory, Air mix, TCE...). We interface more closely with Markets Category teams, Customer Operations teams and Factory planning teams.

This role supports a defined category of products for a given market across these goals

Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of orders backlog to optimize the order to cash flow
• Weekly projections of Attainment exit (Market share and Fiscal quarter revenue)
• Support of customers' order escalation

• Analyze and monitoring of attainment data quality and evolution
• Weekly reviews and reporting of non secured orders

• Primary point of contact for Market and Countries category, Lead time, dates, execution update..
• Represents the team in projects impacting the market operations (logistics route, new factory deployment...).

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
