Your Role with Us
As our Events Manager, you will manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events for Easygo and its brands. Your mission will be to establish and elevate Easygo's presence in the Australian market, crafting unforgettable experiences that showcase our innovative spirit. From coordinating logistics to collaborating with internal teams and external partners, your organisational skills and creative flair will ensure that each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

What you will do:

  • Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events from concept to review.
  • Global Coordination: Oversee events in multiple markets, ensuring consistency with company objectives.
  • Project Oversight: Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful execution.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage budgets for cost-effective, high-impact events.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Logistics: Handle venue selection, contracts, catering, AV setups, and attendee management.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Attendee Experience: Design engaging events that prioritise satisfaction.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback and analyse success metrics for improvements.


What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a global or multi-market role.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing event budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira

About The Company

Easygo is a well-established global tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape. Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks built on our "provably fair"​ algorithms. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world including Drake and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 100+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global we have two amazing offices in the same building in the heart of the CBD with all the bells and whistles you could ever want.
