Job Description

Haleon is seeking a Junior Account Executive in Recife/PE to manage regional accounts, drive sales, and increase market share. This role involves client visits, strategic analysis, developing action plans, and collaborating with internal teams. The successful candidate will manage medium-complexity clients, participate in business reviews, identify potential clients, and execute customer service activities while monitoring daily sales. Must have:
  • Manage medium complexity clients and regional presence, ensuring sell-in, sell-out, and market share results.
  • Participate in business reviews and Joint Business Plans, supporting the executive team.
  • Support identification of potential clients and define approach strategies.
  • Plan and execute customer service activities, managing daily sales indicators.
  • Conduct client visits to identify business opportunities.
  • Complete higher education.
  • Experience in commercial, sales, trade, marketing, or similar areas.
  • Experience in direct relationship with Cash & Carry clients.
  • Solid knowledge in sales and negotiation.
  • Availability for frequent travel.

The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for managing regional accounts, maximizing sales and market share. Activities include client visits, strategic analysis, development of action plans and collaboration with internal teams.

What you will do:

  • Manage medium complexity clients with regional presence, ensuring sell-in, sell-out and market share results;
  • Participate in business reviews and Joint Business Plans, supporting the executive team;

What you need to have:

  • Complete higher education;
