Job Description

Clearwater Analytics, a leading investment accounting solution provider, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant in Hong Kong. This pivotal role supports the Chief Strategy Officer and President of Asia Pacific Sales, enhancing leadership efficiency by managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, and providing high-level administrative support. The EA will ensure smooth operations and contribute to strategic goals, leveraging strong organizational skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Manage and optimize the calendars of the Chief Strategy Officer and President, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of meetings and commitments.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the executives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Strategy Officer and President.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and correspondence related to the executives’ activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.

Position Overview: As the Executive Assistant (EA), you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team. You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and the President of Asia Pacific Sales, providing high-level administrative support, managing complex schedules, and facilitating communication across the organization. Your organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
