Job Description

The Global Delivery division is responsible for onboarding new clients onto Clearwater’s front-back office platform for Asset Managers. As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead large simultaneous client implementations, ensuring timely and quality delivery. You will define project scope, create detailed implementation plans, manage resources, provide status updates, lead steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager.
Must have:
  • Create and manage detailed project plans for the assigned portfolio.
  • Manage and coordinate internal CW, client, and third-party resources for project workstreams.
  • Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with clients and the project team.
  • Lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
  • Handle project commercials, including revenue recognition forecasts and unbilled bookings.
  • Manage and report on resource allocation for the assigned portfolio.
  • Take responsibility for project metrics such as utilization, go-live adherence, and project billing.
  • Serve as a trusted client relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Facilitate a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
  • Financial Services Experience (Front-Back Office Technology, FinTech, Investment Accounting, Client Reporting, Insurance, Market data etc.)
  • Proven experience implementing large-scale software solutions in Asset Management and/or Insurance space.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects or workstreams for external clients.
  • Ability to seek out, recommend and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline (and future projects).
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, internal and client facing).
  • Expert Technical skills in project management tools e.g. JIRA, Excel, Clarizen and Salesforce.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Bachelor’s & master's in relevant field.
  • 9+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and Fintech solutions.

Job Summary:

The Global Delivery division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto Clearwater’s front-back office platform for Asset Managers. As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead on large simultaneous client implementations with minimal oversight, consistently delivering on time and with quality. You will be an integral part of a collaborative division spanning analysts, team leads and subject matter experts.

Programme Managers have a diverse range of responsibilities, including defining project scope, creating detailed implementation plans with internal, client, and third-party resources, and ensuring successful, on-time project completion. They provide regular status updates through reports and meetings, lead high-level steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager.

Additionally, they manage implementation budgets, actively seek opportunities for service improvements, and oversee the transition from Sales to Global Delivery before a project begins and from Global Delivery to Client Services after implementation.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects or workstreams for external clients.

  • Expert Technical skills in project management tools e.g. JIRA, Excel, Clarizen and Salesforce
