We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation with deep expertise in executive compensation to join our Total Rewards team. This role offers unique exposure to executive pay programs, high-level decision support, and direct interaction with senior leadership. You’ll support and evolve key programs including long-term incentives (LTI), equity, and deferred comp, managing Workday HCM administration and preparing materials for Compensation Committee and Board review. You'll serve as a trusted partner to VPs and C-level executives, ensuring executive pay programs are compliant and competitive. We’re looking for someone technically strong with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, data modeling, and equity program knowledge, who also brings confidence and curiosity to drive continuous improvement.
Must have:
  • Lead the company’s annual long-term incentive cycle, including equity budget development and executive annual focal cycle execution.
  • Administer non-qualified deferred compensation programs, including enrollment, distributions, reporting, and communications.
  • Administer the employee stock purchase plan, including enrollment, purchase, reporting, and communications.
  • Support preparation of Board Compensation Committee meeting materials and annual proxy CD&A disclosures and tables.
  • Participate in and manage executive level salary survey processes for data collection, submission, and analysis.
  • Assist in conducting executive compensation analysis and market benchmarking for pay positioning and recommendations.
  • Assist with stock plan administration, including reviewing grants, data audits, reporting, and employee questions.
  • Audit and ensure executive pay accuracy in Workday, resolving discrepancies through periodic audits.
  • Provide data and reports to internal stakeholders for ad hoc salary reviews and create compensation models.
  • Partner with Sr. Manager to develop reporting dashboards for management updates on program participation and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation focused on benchmarking, plan design, and communications.
  • High level of spreadsheet expertise (variables, nested formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookups).
  • Proficiency with presentation design skills (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Strong financial, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with a lean lens for process improvement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to maintain total confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation.
Good to have:
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) or progress toward
  • 2+ years of executive compensation or equity support
  • Workday HCM and/or compensation system experience
  • Experience in executive compensation, fixed and variable compensation plans, deferred compensation plans and equity plans

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation with deep expertise in executive compensation to join our Total Rewards team. This is not your typical comp role—while grounded in foundational programs like ESPP and deferred compensation, the role offers unique exposure to executive pay programs, high-level decision support, and direct interaction with senior leadership.

In this position, you’ll support and evolve key programs including long-term incentives (LTI), equity, and deferred comp—managing everything from Workday HCM administration to preparing materials for Compensation Committee and Board review. You'll serve as a trusted partner to VPs and C-level executives, fielding nuanced compensation questions, building strong cross-functional relationships with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and HR, and ensuring our executive pay programs are both compliant and competitive.

Responsibilities:

Long-term Incentive & Compensation Planning

  • In collaboration with the Sr. Manager, leads the company’s annual long-term incentive cycle, including annual equity budget development, planning and execution of the executive annual focal cycle (merit, bonus and long-term awards decisioning), including communications, training/education and automation via Workday

Executive Compensation Program Support

  • Administer the non-qualified deferred compensation programs, including enrollment, distributions, reporting and communications
  • Administer the employee stock purchase plan, including enrollment, purchase, reporting and communications
  • May also support the preparation of the Board Compensation Committee meeting materials and preparing the annual proxy CD&A disclosures and tables

Executive & Market Compensation Analysis

  • Participates in and manages applicable executive level salary survey processes to collect, submit and analyze data for evaluation and determination of competitive executive pay positioning
  • Assists Sr. Manager in conducting executive compensation analysis and market benchmarking to support pay positioning and recommendations for merit, bonus, and equity awards

Equity Administration Support

  • Assist with stock plan administration including reviewing stock grants vestings, data audits, reporting, addressing employee questions and reviewing/developing program communications

Reporting and Data Management

  • Responsible for auditing and ensuring executive pay (base, bonus and LTI) is accurate in Workday; completes periodic audits of compensation data and effectively resolves discrepancies
  • Provide data and reports to internal stakeholders to formulate recommendations for ad hoc salary reviews and create compensation models to provide analysis on critical business initiatives
  • Partners with Sr. Manager to develop reporting dashboards for recurring management updates on program participation, effectiveness and other key analytics

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) or progress toward preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation focused on benchmarking, plan design, and communications, including 2+ years of executive compensation or equity support preferred
  • High level of spreadsheet expertise (using variables, nested formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookups) and with presentation design skills (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
  • Strong financial, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills with a lean lens for process improvement
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Manages time effectively across multiple priorities and able to adapt to shifting priorities requiring independent judgement
  • Workday HCM and/or compensation system experience a plus
  • Experience in executive compensation, fixed and variable compensation plans, deferred compensation plans and equity plans is preferred
  • Working knowledge of compensation related law, policies, and practices
  • Ability to maintain total confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation
