The Office Support Specialist at Iron Mountain will be responsible for managing postal and courier shipments, preparing, scanning, and indexing documents for the office system, and handling electronic documents. The role involves issuing shipments and communicating with clients via email to resolve ambiguities. Candidates should be conscientious, responsible, punctual, independent, accurate, and committed. Strong communication, customer service skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential, along with effective time and work organization.
Must have:

  • Document indexing
  • Issuing shipments
  • Handling electronic documents (e.g., registration in the office system)
  • Contacting clients to clarify ambiguities (mainly email contact)
  • Conscientious and scrupulous execution of tasks
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, independence, accuracy, and commitment
  • Ease of establishing contacts, communicativeness, high personal culture
  • Knowledge of professional customer service principles
  • Ability to effectively organize time and work
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

Your tasks include, among others:
