Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist for the 3rd shift. This role involves sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring high-quality images, and indexing key data into software applications. The specialist will follow production procedures, complete documentation, and maintain a clean work environment. Candidates should be proficient with PCs, have strong English communication skills, and be able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting production rates. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Must have:
  • Sort, prep, and scan hard copy records, ensuring quality images.
  • Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation.
  • Index key data into multiple software applications.
  • Print Document Control Sheets for all records.
  • Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for a clean work environment.
  • Perform other duties specified by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Familiarity with PC and computer-related products/administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Rate of Pay: $16.75/hr - paid biweekly

Sunday - Thursday - Full-time (OT may be required)

  • 3rd Shift: 11pm - 6:30am

Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image
  • Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking
  • Index Key Data into multiple software applications
  • Print Document Control Sheets for all records
  • Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
  • Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager

Requirements
