About the role:
The role focuses on achieving targets in HCP recommendations and market shares , supporting product launches, and to engage with healthcare professionals . It involves maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing educational materials, and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities
To achieve targets of share of HCP recommendation, market shares, sample forecasting and distribution, cycle call objectives & customer service across pharmacy and dental.
Drive increased internal scientific capability through training of sales teams to sell with science.
To support the new launches and other Haleon products by actively taking part in the education of dentists, pharmacists and pharmacies staff
Ensure execution of sales force effectiveness in assigned territory using field sales systems.
Maintain professional relationship with HCP associations, universities, pharmacies & KOLs.
Build and maintain good rapport with both administrative and clinical staff within the dental clinics and pharmacies.
Ensure educational materials, product samples are effectively managed, utilized & accounted for.
Regular reporting of team activities to line manager including the preparation of detailing / sales and events reports.
To manage and participate in relevant conventions/ congresses when required.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
4+ years field experience in medical detailing and / or pharmacy direct calling.
Results orientated, focus on KPIs and delivering on business goals.
Self-motivated, open and dynamic personality.
Demonstrate effective Communication & analytic skills of customer behavior and business potentials
Good computer skills (Microsoft excel, Microsoft Words, Microsoft PowerPoint).
Strong track record in working within cross-functional teams and sectors.
Proficient in Greek & English.
