Job Description

The New Retail Business Development Manager will focus on deepening and increasing the frequency of new retail O2O data insights and business opportunity discovery. They will collaborate with the client management team to customize "G2N+Campaign+O2O traffic activities" based on data and customer needs. The role involves integrating resource packages and negotiating sales within company policies. Responsibilities include fine-grained operational management, resource allocation, and execution follow-up for top key accounts and top stores, driving innovative and landing tripartite linkage projects for "Haleon X Platform X Chain". The primary responsibility is to drive new retail business growth for top KA clients in top cities and support omnichannel growth. This includes exploring and refining cooperation mechanisms for top clients, facilitating the landing of "G2N+Campaign+O2O traffic activities" integrated resource packages, and driving innovation in marketing systems and customer operations plans based on new retail operational needs. The role also involves driving brand new retail marketing efficiency and business delivery during promotion nodes by linking chain-side resources based on different brand strategies and continuously optimizing O2O team chain-side channel strategies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical retail channel marketing
  • Experience in foreign-invested or internet pharmaceutical retail
  • Understanding of digital marketing, brand marketing, and e-commerce
  • Good customer negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in OFFICE, especially PPT
  • English speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills

主要工作职责:
1、全面负责头部城市 top KA 客户的新零售生意增长,并助力全渠道增长;
2、结合客户的差异化属性、平台、资源,摸索和完善头部客户的合作机制,推进
G2N+Campaign+O2O 流量活动”整合资源包的落地;
3、围绕客户的新零售经营需求,高效跨部门联动,如连锁谈判团队、渠道营销部等通力合
作,搭建基于客户的创新营销体系以及人群运营方案;
4、基于不同品牌策略,联动连锁侧资源,推动品牌在推广节点的新零售营销效率和生意交
付;
5、持续优化 O2O 团队连锁侧的渠道策略,不断完善客户分层运营的有效机制。
6、直线经理安排的其他相关工作内容
任职条件:
本科或以上学历
五年以上的医药零售渠道营销领域经验,外资及互联网医药零售工作经验优先
了解数字化营销、品牌营销、电子商务渠道的营销模式;
较好的客户谈判及内外部沟通能力
熟练使用 OFFICE 操作系统,特别是 PPT 制作及汇报
