Job Description

Sabre Corporation is seeking a skilled Facility maintenance specialist to join their team in Pakistan. The role involves the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of company facilities. Responsibilities include developing budgets and long-range facilities plans, overseeing space allocation and layout, communication services, networking requirements, and facilities security. The specialist will monitor budgets, approve contracts and purchases, estimate labor/materials costs for construction repairs, and act as a liaison with outside vendors and suppliers. The role requires planning facilities changes for office and production equipment layouts, reviewing and estimating design costs, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and analyzing problems to prepare reports and recommendations.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
  • 2-4 years of Administration/Facility management experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Good to have:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Sabre is seeking a skilled and motivated Facility maintenance specialist to join our team in Pakistan. The successful applicant will be Involved in the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of company facilities. Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facility’s needs. Oversees the coordination of space allocation and layout, communication services and networking requirements. Responsible for facilities security. Monitors budgets and approves contracts and purchases. Estimates labor/materials costs for construction repairs. Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers. 

Role and Responsibilities 

What will you achieve?  

Responsibilities:  

 

  • Plans facilities changes for office, and production equipment layouts. 

  • Reviews and estimates design costs including design, equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. 

  • Developing performance specifications and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. 

  • Manage budgets and approves contracts and purchases. Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers and visitors. 

  • Analyzing problems, compiling and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. 

  • Coordinates activities between departments (inhouse) and outside parties. 

  • Serving as the point of contact for management and office-related concerns raised by Site Leader.

Must Have Skills:
