Trackman is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals passionate about golf and technology. As a Field Operator, you'll operate Trackman systems at professional golf tournaments worldwide. This involves setting up, calibrating, and maintaining cutting-edge radar technology for broadcast graphics, player insights, and data analytics. Must Have:
  • Travel to professional golf tournaments worldwide (approx. 22-25 weeks per year)
  • Set up and operate Trackman radar systems for live data collection
  • Scout and map courses for optimal radar placement and data accuracy
  • Calibrate and maintain Trackman systems daily during tournament play
  • Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Collaborate with Trackman Broadcast team, Tour staff, and TV partners
  • Ensure collected data meets Trackman’s standards for precision, reliability, and consistency
  • Solid knowledge of golf, including rules, etiquette, and tournament operations

As a Field Operator, you’ll be part of the team responsible for operating Trackman systems at professional golf tournaments around the world. You’ll set up, calibrate, and maintain cutting-edge radar technology that powers broadcast graphics, player insights, and data analytics for the best golfers on the planet. This role offers the unique opportunity to work inside the ropes at top-tier events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to professional golf tournaments worldwide (approx. 22-25 weeks per year) to set up and operate Trackman radar systems for live data collection.
  • Scout and map courses to ensure optimal radar placement and precise data accuracy.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain Trackman systems each day before and during tournament play.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Trackman Broadcast team, Tour staff, and TV partners to ensure seamless integration of Trackman data into live coverage.
  • Ensure all collected data meets Trackman’s standards for precision, reliability, and consistency.

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid knowledge of golf, including rules, etiquette, and tournament operations.
  • Technically inclined — confident using computers, hardware, and software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Previous experience in sports operations, technology, or broadcast production is a plus.

  • Remote position with extensive international and domestic travel (approx. 22-25 weeks per year).
