As a Field Sales Representative (FSR) II, Enterprise Greenfield at Google Cloud, you'll focus on new customer acquisition for enterprise accounts in São Paulo, Brazil. Responsibilities include growing Google Cloud's market share by acquiring new logos and securing foundational workloads. You'll plan engagement with cross-industry enterprise customers, solving their business challenges with Google Cloud solutions. This involves identifying specific business problems, partnering with the extended team to develop technical solutions, and building relationships across various customer levels. You'll lead a cross-functional team, leveraging resources to maximize outcomes, manage business cycles, present to C-level executives, and drive business development. You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new logos, becoming an expert on customer businesses, leading account strategy, and managing business cycles.
Must have:
  • 7+ years quota-carrying cloud/software sales experience
  • Experience prospecting and building customer relationships
  • Lead generation and new logo acquisition
  • C-level relationship building and executive influencing
  • Cross-functional team leadership
  • Solution selling and aligning solutions to business outcomes
Good to have:
  • Experience selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases
  • Experience working with Customer Engineers and technical leads
  • Experience in building Greenfield territories
  • Experience in Energy or Agriculture industry across LATAM

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
  • Experience prospecting, or building customer relationships from scratch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Investigative Tools, or Applications Software across multiple industries, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.
  • Experience in building Greenfield territories and in acquiring new logos at scale and securing foundational workloads to accelerate consumption business.
  • Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and agreements.
  • Experience in cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives.
  • Experience working with the Energy or Agriculture industry across the LATAM region.

As a Field Sales Representative (FSR), you will focus on new customer acquisition for enterprise accounts. You will be responsible to grow Google Cloud’s market share by acquiring new logos and securing the foundational workloads to accelerate their consumption business. You will plan the engagement with a group of cross-industry enterprise customers and assist them in solving their business tests with our solutions. You will rely upon the ability to identify specific business problems working with stakeholders across our accounts, and partnering with our extended team to develop technical solutions to solve them. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships across various levels within the customer, from developers to C-suite executives. You will also plan a cross-functional team and leverage the right resources, including Customer Engineering, Business Development, cross-functional sellers, and Partners to maximize outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting and acquisition of new logos, creating and building customer relationships from scratch, and establishing ourselves as a trusted advisor on their long-term technology and business decisions.
  • Become an expert on the customers' business, including their SaaS product portfolio, technology strategy, growth plans, business drivers, financial structure, customer base, vertical market offering and competitive landscape. 
  • Lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners, to maximize business impact within enterprise customers.
  • Manage business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and establishing partnering terms.
  • Drive business development, own operational excellence at scale, forecast accurately, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
