Job Description

The GBS Analytics team drives business success by transforming raw data into valuable insights for strategic decisions. This role involves leading key projects like Inventory, Intercompany Tax, Revenue Forecasting, and Sustainability reporting. It requires a blend of technical data analysis skills, business process understanding, and clear communication, with a focus on modernizing analytics and working independently as a trusted business partner.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with Tableau, Power Apps, QlikSense, Python, SAP.
  • Certification in Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlik.
Must Have:
  • Transform raw data into valuable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead development and execution of key projects such as Inventory, Intercompany Tax, Revenue Forecasting, and Sustainability reporting.
  • Work independently, serve as a trusted business partner, and demonstrate a bias for action and results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Mandatory skills: SQL (4 years), Alteryx (4 years), Power BI (3 years).
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken).
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and ability to apply them properly to business situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to communicate across divisional boundaries.

YOUR ROLE

  • The GBS Analytics team plays a crucial role in driving business success by transforming raw data into valuable insights that inform strategic decisions across all functions within the organization. The team is tasked with leading the development and execution of key projects, such as Inventory (Semiconductor Build Strategy), Intercompany Tax, Revenue Forecasting and Sustainability reporting.
  • This role requires a blend of technical data analysis skills, a keen understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
  • Responsibilities will be rapidly evolving, with an objective to modernize how support our value chain and overall company analytics. The role will task you to work independently, serve as a trusted business partner, and have a bias for action and results.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Mandatory – SQL (4years), Alteryx (4years) and Power BI (3years)
  • Good to have – Tableau, Power Apps, QlikSense, Python, SAP
  • Certification in Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlik is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken)
