Production Line Leader

The Production Line Leader is responsible for ensuring all personnel on the production line comply with safety operating procedures, creating a zero-accident working environment. They must strictly implement process standards and quality control procedures to ensure products meet quality requirements. The role also involves reasonably organizing production to ensure the production line completes the planned output target for each shift, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient on-site working environment.
