Job Description

The Field Service Coordinator role at Enphase Energy in Bangalore focuses on providing excellent customer service and quick issue resolution. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to schedule technician appointments, coordinating with field service technicians, and potentially handling inbound customer communications via email, chat, or phone. The role requires working on-site 5 days a week, including weekends and night shifts, and involves documenting activities, troubleshooting products, and processing warranty claims.
Must have:
  • Make outbound calls and set up appointments with Enphase End User Customer for support technician visits.
  • Coordinate with Enphase Field Service Technician to schedule site visits.
  • Document all activity in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting of Enphase products.
  • Troubleshoot, approve, and execute warranty claims.
  • Provide pre-sales information about Enphase products.
  • Assist with the activation of new Enphase sites.
  • Graduate – B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC or MSC in Computer Applications.
  • German C1 Certification.
  • Minimum 2-year experience supporting customers in Tech Support or Customer Support role.
  • Good Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Computer literate (PC skills essential).
Good to have:
  • Mac OS desirable
  • General understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, electrical or electronics background
  • Exposure to solar/PV-related environments

About the role

What you will be doing

  • Enphase support teams work 24*7 and 365 days a year
  • Candidates will be required to make Outbound calls and set up appointments with Enphase End User Customer for support technician to visit the user’s premises
  • Coordinating with Enphase Field Service Technician to schedule site visits. Assisting other team-members with troubleshooting and/or administrative tasks as needed
  • Candidate may also be required to answer inbound Emails / Chats / Phone calls Enphase customers during assigned hours
  • Candidates must be open to work on weekends and night shifts
  • Documenting all activity in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform
  • Following departmental conventions and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training/education of industry standards and Enphase product-specific information
  • Professionally represent Enphase via all communications mediums
  • Abiding by all company policies and standards of conduct contained in the Enphase Energy employee-manual
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Conducting remote troubleshooting of Enphase products
  • Troubleshooting, approving, and executing warranty claims
  • Providing pre-sales information about Enphase products
  • Assisting with the activation of new Enphase sites as needed

Who you are and what you bring

  • Should be a Graduate – B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC or MSC in Computer Applications
  • Must have German C1 Certification.
  • Should have a minimum of 2-year experience supporting customers in Tech Support or Customer Support role. Freshers will not be considered for the role
  • Good Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers, and managers
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Computer literate (PC skills essential, Mac OS desirable)
  • General understanding electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, electrical or electronics background would be highly desirable
  • Exposure to solar/PV-related environments will be beneficial
