Job Description

Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems on the go, and making sure things just work? At IGT/Everi, we’re hiring a Field Service Technician to help support the exciting world of casino gaming and financial technology. From slot machines to ATMs and kiosks, your work keeps the casino floor alive and running. This role involves servicing IGT/Everi equipment across Kentucky, southern Indiana and Ohio, including installation, updates, and repairs. You will troubleshoot issues in real time, provide excellent customer service, and work independently with team support.
Good To Have:
  • Background in hardware, networking, or general tech troubleshooting
  • Prior field service or customer-facing experience
Must Have:
  • Service IGT/Everi equipment across Kentucky, with additional coverage in southern Indiana and Ohio
  • Install, update, and repair our machines directly at casino sites
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues in real time—training and tools provided
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing IGT/Everi in the field
  • Work independently (after training), while staying connected with a strong support team

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi assists with the process)
  • On-call availability, with occasional OT, weekends, evenings, or holiday shifts
  • Comfortable with basic Excel tasks for data entry, reports, and paperwork
  • A motivated, self-starting mindset—someone who’s curious, hands-on, and dependable

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27 - $33/per hour and is overtime eligible.
