Finance & Accountant

Overview

Our client is a well-established Web and Network company with two decades of industry experience, who has recently expanded their operations to Dubai in 2025 as part of their strategic growth initiative. As they continue to strengthen their presence across the Middle East region, they are currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accountant to join their team. This role combines comprehensive financial accounting responsibilities with essential office administrative duties to support their expanding operations.

• Process and record incoming payments efficiently while maintaining payment tracking systems
• Manage vendor invoices and payments through established procedures and timelines
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
• Assist with Dubai Corporate Tax compliance and ensure adherence to local regulations
• Handle general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support the senior management with documentation and reporting requirements
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy access and audit compliance

• Fluent in Mandarin is a must, professional English communication skills for regional business interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with strong academic performance
• 1-3 years of accounting experience in a professional environment
• Knowledge of Dubai Corporate Tax regulations and local business practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and modern accounting software platforms
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience with AR/AP processes and financial documentation management
