MokaHR is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close B2B clients for their AI-powered HR software. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, achieving targets, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions. This position is crucial for MokaHR's rapid expansion into Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, offering a dynamic environment for ambitious sales professionals to grow into future leaders in HR tech.

Must Have:
  • Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients through outbound outreach, events, and network building.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Hit or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and showcase MokaHR’s value.
  • Represent MokaHR at industry events, conferences, and partner activities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Proactive, high-ownership mindset with strong commercial drive.

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions
