Finance Controller Lead / Architect

Your Role

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management to safeguard company assets.
• Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and drive cost optimization.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to ensure financial health and sustainability.

Your Profile

• 12–16 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or controller role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proven track record in managing audits, compliance, and financial governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
