Job Description

PHINIA is seeking an enthusiastic FP&A-Plant to join its Finance team, reporting to the Controlling Manager. This role involves comprehensive finance planning and analysis, focusing on plant cost accounting, material analysis, and variable/fixed cost deep dives. Key responsibilities include managing SAP Standard cost, production OH variance, monthly COGS settlement, quarterly capitalization, and annual standard price/OH renewal. The analyst will also handle material saving, commodity, Royalty, and FX exposure analysis, allied transfer price negotiation, and support external and internal audits, contributing to a cleaner tomorrow.

Must Have:
  • Plant cost accounting (SAP Standard cost, production OH variance, monthly end COGS settle, quarterly end capitalization, annual standard price/OH renew)
  • Material analysis (actual and forecast per sales, material saving and commodity, Royalty and FX exposure analysis)
  • Plant variable and fixed cost deep dive
  • Allied transfer price negotiation and renew
  • Well performing in Annual External and Internal Audit
  • Prepare ad hoc reports
  • Accomplish tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
  • 3-5 years financial working experience in a multi-national company
  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with manufacturing costing
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills; Pro-active self-starter; Hard working, dedicated to work

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing PHINIA Finance team as an FP&A-Plant! This position will support us in finance planning & analysis and reports to Controlling Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plant cost accounting: SAP Standard cost、production OH variance 、monthly end COGS settle、quarterly end capitalization and annual standard price/OH renew.
  • Material analysis: actual and forecast per sales、 material saving and commodity、Royalty and FX exposure analysis.
  • Plant variable and fixed cost deep dive.
  • Allied transfer price negotiation and renew.

  • Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’ degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred.
  • 3~5 years financial working experience in the multi-national company.
  • Excellent English skill
  • Excellent computer skill, especially in excel.
  • Familiar with manufacturing costing.
  • Preferred of familiarity of ERP system.
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
