JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing PHINIA Finance team as an FP&A-Plant! This position will support us in finance planning & analysis and reports to Controlling Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant cost accounting: SAP Standard cost、production OH variance 、monthly end COGS settle、quarterly end capitalization and annual standard price/OH renew.
- Material analysis: actual and forecast per sales、 material saving and commodity、Royalty and FX exposure analysis.
- Plant variable and fixed cost deep dive.
- Allied transfer price negotiation and renew.
- Well performing in Annual External and Internal Audit.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
- Accomplish tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’ degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred.
- 3~5 years financial working experience in the multi-national company.
- Excellent English skill
- Excellent computer skill, especially in excel.
- Familiar with manufacturing costing.
- Preferred of familiarity of ERP system.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills; Pro-active self-starter; Hard working, dedicated to work。
