The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team is looking for an energetic, motivated, and curious analyst with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting our Compensation Planning team, helping to drive meaningful analytics as it pertains to our compensation planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. In partnership with the Compensation and Compensation Services teams, this role will provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership related to Apple’s compensation strategies.
This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of financial planning and forecasting tools for Apple’s various forms of compensation, including base salary, bonus, and equity programs. While instrumental in shaping global strategic decisions, this person is also responsible for ensuring absolute accuracy when these programs are implemented, down to the individual employee level.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
