We’re seeking a Financial Planning Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for turning data into strategic insight. This individual will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business performance at the Daily Wire.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
Must Have:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations that drive strategic and operational decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives and translate financial results into actionable insights.
  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across departments, developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate initiatives and investments.
  • Monitor performance against plans, analyze key variances, and present findings with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward company and departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to enhance forecasting, reporting, and planning tools, streamlining processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to building scalable FP&A systems and best practices to support the company’s continued growth.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with planning/reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience & Requirements
