Your daily life

On a cutting-edge Bordeaux Campus, between ocean and vineyards, we design and develop systems, equipment, and services to ensure the success of our clients' airborne missions.

You will join the Production Projects Department for the Rafale radar in Bordeaux for a Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) of 9 months as a Production Work Package Manager (M/F). In this role, you will be responsible for managing radar production activities for an export project, as well as acting as a transverse Project Management Officer (PMO) for other projects within the scope.

Missions:

• Defines, coordinates, and plans work package activities respecting budget, schedule, quality, and performance,
• Transversally coordinates teams and stakeholders involved in the work package,
• Identifies, monitors, and manages risks and opportunities while ensuring regular programmatic and financial reporting,
• Provides PMO support to Project Managers (PM) and Work Package Managers (WPM) on other perimeters, as well as consolidating global production data (preparing dashboards, progress meetings, maintaining the production schedule and indicators, etc.).

You hold a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent and have experience in:

• Good knowledge of work package management activities (project structuring, planning),
• Priority management and anticipation,
• Proficiency in industrial tools (e.g., SAP, Primavera,...) as well as office tools like Pack Office,
• Knowledge of the aeronautical environment or the production field.
