The role involves assisting the Station Head with daily routine tasks at the station, including receiving and returning shipments, sorting, van inbound processes, parcel data management, ticket creation, route monitoring, and handling cash transactions when the Station Head is absent. The assistant will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all related Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for Fleet Operations, maintaining proper documentation, and assisting with station infrastructure and cleanliness. The position requires adherence to the company's Code of Conduct, Quality Policies, and Quality Objectives, as well as any other tasks assigned by superiors. This includes conforming to Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements, prioritizing personal and collective safety, and participating in related programs.
