Job Summary

Focus Entertainment is seeking a Head of Brand Management to lead its Brand team. This role involves defining and driving marketing strategies for upcoming game titles, strengthening internal processes, and fostering collaboration with studios, first parties, and internal teams. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Brand Management will also be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of six Brand Managers, ensuring rigorous execution of campaigns and strategic alignment across projects.

Must Have

  • Mastery of PC/Console video game marketing, understanding of the Steam ecosystem
  • Ability to lead ambitious campaigns, define clear positioning, and structure solid marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage a team, foster its growth, and create a collaborative and high-performing work environment

In this creative and demanding environment, we are strengthening our Brand Management department today with the creation of a Head of Brand Management position.

Under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in defining and managing the marketing strategies for our future titles, while supporting a team of 6 Brand Managers.

Your missions

1. Management & organization

  • Lead, support, and develop the skills of a team of 6 Brand Managers.
  • Define priorities, organize projects, and ensure rigorous execution of campaigns.
  • Regularly monitor the progress of marketing plans and streamline exchanges with internal and external studios.

2. Marketing strategy & campaigns

  • Co-construct communication timelines and marketing pillars (positioning, audiences, messaging, etc.).
  • Challenge project teams to fully integrate the marketing vision into game development.
  • Be the privileged point of contact for first parties on strategic and operational issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department and the creative team on key campaign assets.

3. Optimization & transversality

  • Improve, document, and structure internal processes (briefs, templates, supports, etc.).
  • Work in coordination with the Production, Business, and Market teams to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct marketing analyses (competition mapping, audience sizing, etc.) to inform strategic decisions.

Ad hoc interventions

  • Take charge of certain unassigned projects.
  • Prepare or coach Brand Managers for their external presentations.
  • Contribute to strategic reflections at the global portfolio level.
