Team Focus & Role Dynamics
TransUnion International (TU INTL) delivers a robust suite of Fraud & Identity solutions—including fraud mitigation, digital identity, and analytics—powered by proprietary and partnered data, technology, and IP. These solutions help businesses better engage, onboard, and manage consumers.
As an Industry Sales Specialist within the International Sales Organization, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by selling TransUnion’s Fraud & Identity (F&ID) solutions across targeted verticals and international regions. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach to develop and execute account strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with regional and global teams.
You will leverage your deep domain expertise to identify customer needs, deliver impactful solutions, and generate measurable growth. Success in this role hinges on your ability to navigate complex organizations, influence decision-makers, and execute with precision to meet revenue goals.

What You'll Bring:
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in selling Fraud & Identity (F&ID) solutions, with a strong focus on Device Risk, Digital Identity Management, particularly within the SaaS delivery model.
- Deep understanding of the Fraud & Identity business, consulting practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong grasp of challenges and needs within BFSI, Fintech, and related industries.
Sales & Strategic Skills
- Proven success in B2B and B2B2C channel programs with consistent quota/goal attainment.
- Experience in value-based selling using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on features or price.
- Ability to identify strategic client pain points and develop compelling value propositions.
- Demonstrated client engagement skills including prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making, negotiating, and closing.
- Experience in complex contract and legal negotiations.
Strategic & Solutioning Capabilities
- Ability to conceptualize, develop, and lead execution of complex solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Consulting experience with internal and external stakeholders across international markets.
- Experience navigating large, complex organizations and identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
Relationship Management & Communication
- Strong relationship-building skills in a team-selling environment.
- Proven ability to interface with C-level executives and build strategic partnerships.
- Established relationships across the Fraud & Identity (F&ID) ecosystem, including regulators, industry bodies, and key stakeholders within the broader fraud and identity landscape

Impact You'll Make:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Drive revenue growth for TransUnion’s Fraud & Identity (F&ID) solutions across targeted verticals and international markets by executing against strategic sales plans.
- Develop and implement a buyer engagement strategy as a core component of the overall account plan to expand business opportunities.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle—from initial contact and relationship development to solution presentation, contract negotiation, and seamless handoff to client success teams.
Solution Expertise & Market Positioning
- Serve as a solution sales specialist and subject matter expert on TransUnion’s flagship F&ID products in international markets.
- Build deep expertise in key business challenges to position yourself as a trusted advisor, capable of aligning TransUnion’s solutions with customer needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations that articulate TransUnion’s value proposition, propose tailored solutions, and effectively address objections.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to strengthen relationships with existing customers, including key buyers, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and deepen account penetration.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Partner with the Director of Sales to define and achieve sales growth targets aligned with broader revenue and profitability goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including Line of Business teams, Global Solutions SMEs, pre-sales engineers, and account managers—to support complex sales pursuits.
Market Intelligence & Product Innovation
- Gather and share market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with Solutions and Line of Business teams to ensure the Voice of the Customer is reflected in product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
Culture & Representation
- Champion TransUnion’s culture by promoting open communication, collaboration, and continuous personal development.
- Represent TransUnion at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences to build brand presence and foster new opportunities.
