Job Description

This entry-level position involves handling consumer queries via phone, live chat, fax, ticket, or email regarding credit reports and TransUnion products. The associate provides prompt assistance, resolves inquiries including disputes and password resets, and troubleshoots system errors. Responsibilities also include escalating unresolved issues, communicating trends to team leaders, potentially mentoring peers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. Special projects may also be assigned.
Must Have:
  • Handle consumer queries via multiple channels (phone, chat, fax, email).
  • Provide prompt assistance and resolve consumer inquiries (disputes, opt-outs, password resets, product queries).
  • Troubleshoot and analyze system errors, apply fixes, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with team leader regarding issues and error trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all TransUnion and relevant regulatory requirements.

What We'll Bring:

The associate provides prompt assistance and resolution to consumer inquiries, including disputes, opt-outs, password resets, and other product-related queries. They troubleshoot and analyze system errors, apply fixes where possible, escalate and track unresolved issues for further review. The role involves maintaining constant communication with their team leader about any issues or error trends and may include mentoring peers by sharing best practices. Additionally, the associate ensures compliance with all TU and other relevant regulatory requirements. They also may work on special projects as assigned.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
