1. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Senior analysts identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across various business areas. This involves evaluating the likelihood and impact of risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented controls
2. Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:
They ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes conducting compliance reviews, preparing reports, and tracking the progress of corrective actions.
3. Policy Development and Implementation:
Senior analysts contribute to the development and implementation of risk management and compliance policies and procedures. They also ensure that these policies are effectively communicated and understood across the organization.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
