Job Description

As a Partner Business Manager at Flexera, you will drive business growth by recruiting new partners and enhancing engagement with existing ones. Your role involves identifying, onboarding, and enabling strategic resellers to effectively sell the Flexera One platform, while expanding market presence within established partner accounts. You will develop acquisition strategies, foster long-term collaborations, and ensure partner success through training and support.

  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the reseller and commercial partner landscape
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

As a Partner Business Manager at Flexera, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth by recruiting new partners and deepening engagement with existing ones. Your primary focus will be on identifying, onboarding, and enabling strategic resellers to successfully position and sell the Flexera One platform, while also expanding our presence within established partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new partners to expand Flexera’s reach and market coverage
  • Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies that align with Flexera’s growth objectives
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing partners to increase solution adoption and revenue contribution
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business models and tailor Flexera’s value proposition to their needs
  • Deliver impactful enablement through training programs, sales tools, and ongoing support to ensure partner success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering long-term collaboration and trust
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, partner performance, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and optimize engagement strategies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner recruitment, channel development, or business development, preferably in the software or technology sector
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems, with a focus on acquisition and enablement
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions; experience with IT asset management or FinOps platforms is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of the reseller and commercial partner landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
