• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely
• Reliable internet connection and availability for long-term cooperation
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets
• Provide regular progress updates and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Prepare and submit animation samples for review as part of the application process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator/Generalist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D)
• Ability to work in a variety of animation styles, particularly those referenced
• Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting
