Job Summary
Responsible for creating combat animations for heroes based on their design, appearance, personality, and skill sets. Collaborate with combat designers and VFX artists to ensure animations meet functional requirements and enhance combat experience. Manage outsourced animation quality and efficiency, and handle Unity engine assets like models, rigging, and animations. Requires 3-5 years of 3D animation experience and proficiency in relevant software and Unity.
Must Have
- Love games, familiar with game combat design and skill performance design
- 3-5 years of 3D animation experience
- Excellent hand-keyed animation skills, solid art foundation, proficient in human and biological movement laws, combat techniques
- Good communication, coordination and expression skills, with an awareness and ability to promote and solve problems
- Collaborative spirit, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain pressure, and maintain a learning spirit
- Proficient in common animation software tools, familiar with Unity engine, and the basic operating mechanism of character animation state machines
- Knowledge and ability in skeleton setup, experience in skinning and weight adjustment
- Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on supplier animation modules
- Ability to timely judge and optimize low-quality outsourced content

Job Description
Job Description
1. Based on hero design, create combat animations that fit the character's appearance, personality traits, professional skill design, and other related elements.
2. Collaborate with combat designers and special effects artists to ensure character animation design meets combat functionality and adapts to combat special effects, ultimately achieving a good combat experience.
3. Work closely with outsourcing and business teams to control the quality and efficiency of character animation outsourcing.
4. Familiar with the Unity engine, manage character models, rigging, animation, and other assets, and produce prefabs.
Job Requirements
1. Love games, familiar with game combat design and skill performance design, 3-5 years of 3D animation experience.
2. Possess excellent hand-keyed animation skills, solid art foundation, proficient in human and biological movement laws, combat techniques, and have excellent action design capabilities for different character professions and combat types in games.
3. Have good communication, coordination, and expression skills, with an awareness and ability to promote and solve problems.
4. Possess a collaborative spirit, be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to withstand certain pressure, and maintain a learning spirit.
5. Proficient in common animation software tools, familiar with the Unity engine, and the basic operating mechanism of character animation state machines.
6. Have knowledge and ability in skeleton setup, experience in skinning and weight adjustment, and can make reasonable adjustment requests based on production content.
7. Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on supplier animation modules, including but not limited to skill design, animation rhythm, pose tension, and animation quality.
8. Timely judge content with low quality or incompleteness from suppliers, re-produce and optimize, and guide suppliers on corresponding quality standards.

1. Ability to create or review Spine 2D animations.
