We’re a Munich-based game dev studio building a turn-based strategy game in Unreal Engine. We're looking for a freelance game designer who’s fluent in the strategy genre and capable of designing, balancing, and implementing systems directly in-engine. The responsibilities include designing game mechanics, balancing gameplay elements, creating and implementing game systems, collaborating with the development team, and ensuring a cohesive and engaging player experience.
