Job Description

We are seeking a Full Benefits Consultant to join our team. This role involves participating in client needs assessment meetings, executing national and international consulting projects, and presenting innovative benefit management proposals. You will collaborate with various internal teams and develop internal work to improve the consulting area, including flexible benefits projects. The ideal candidate will meet client demands with a focus on results, demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, and initiative.
Must have:
  • Participate in client needs understanding meetings, mapping essential information for consulting projects.
  • Execute national and international consulting projects, maintaining contact with clients, prospects, and international offices.
  • Present benefit management proposals and alternatives to clients, always seeking innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams from various areas, such as Commercial, Health Management, Placement, Products, and Operations.
  • Develop internal work aimed at improving the consulting area and act on Flexible Benefits projects.
  • Meet client demands with a focus on results, demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, and initiative.

We are looking for a Full Benefits Consultant to join our team!

We count on you to:

  • Participate in meetings to understand client needs, mapping essential information for the development of consulting projects.
  • Execute national and international consulting projects, maintaining contact with clients, prospects, and offices abroad.
  • Present proposals and alternative benefit management solutions to clients, always seeking innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams from various areas, such as Commercial, Health Management, Placement, Products, and Operations.
  • Develop internal work aimed at improving the consulting area and act on Flexible Benefits projects.
  • Meet client demands with a focus on results, demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, and initiative.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of the benefits market, especially medical, dental, and life insurance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, formulas, and databases.
  • Intermediate to advanced English; Spanish desirable.
  • Analytical, organized profile, with good communication and logical reasoning skills.
  • Experience with benefits harmonization and redesign projects, in addition to knowledge of the flexible benefits model.
