Rolls-Royce Deutschland offers an exciting opportunity for a Galvanic Specialist (w/m/d) in Oberursel near Frankfurt am Main. The role involves preparing and monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying and resolving defects, ensuring material supply, preparing workpieces, setting machine parameters, and releasing systems for production. The specialist will also ensure correct work execution, organize transport of finished products, manage waste disposal, and secure quality through controls, while adhering to safety regulations and performing maintenance tasks.
Must have:
- Prepare and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Identify and resolve defects, adjust settings.
- Prepare workpieces (cleaning, masking).
- Set machine parameters and processing data.
- Set up and release systems for production.
- Ensure correct work execution in surface technology.
- Organize finished product transport and waste disposal.
- Secure quality through controls and corrective actions.
- Comply with safety, perform maintenance.
- Completed vocational training (galvanizer/process mechanic).
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- Proficient in quality management methods.
- Possess team spirit, punctuality, reliability.
- Very good German language skills.

Tasks:
- Prepare and monitor manufacturing processes, including viewing and prioritizing orders.
- Identify and resolve defects or have them resolved, adjust settings, ensure material and auxiliary material supply, check for correctness and completeness.
- Prepare workpieces/materials for processing (e.g., cleaning, masking).
- Determine and adopt machine settings and processing data.
- Set up systems and release them for production.
- Ensure correct and complete work execution, participate in various areas of surface technology.
- Organize transport of finished products and waste disposal.
- Ensure quality by performing controls, discuss defects, and take corrective measures.
- Comply with safety regulations and perform maintenance and repair tasks.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed vocational training (e.g., as a galvanizer (m/f/d) or process mechanic (m/f/d)).
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- Proficient in quality management methods and corresponding quality tools.
- Team spirit, punctuality, and reliability.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken. English language skills are an advantage.
