Role

Estoty Vilnius is looking for an ingenious game designer to be a part of a dedicated team of talented professionals passionate about creating the next big hit! 

The Game Designer will be in charge of a full loop of creating experiences from idea to implementation to analyzing gameplay data after launch.
 

Our ideal candidate is a designer able to gather ideas from users and teams, convert them into strong concepts to guide the development while implementing gameplay progression and balance.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, document, and implement new features and content;
   
• Iterate on current features based on data and user feedback;
   
• Design and balance game progression, economy, and monetization;
   
• Collaborate with the Team Leads to plan feature roadmaps;

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the game dev industry;
   
• Knowledge of the mobile games market, trending genres, and success metrics;
   
• Ability to deconstruct games and identify their strengths and weaknesses;
   
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
   
• Design thinking and a user-centric approach to game development;
   
• Ability to receive and offer constructive feedback to improve on;
   
• Experience with scripting languages or a basic understanding;
   
• Portfolio of released games as a game designer;
