Job Description

As a Game Designer, your responsibilities will include collaborating with programmers to develop tools and improve the interface, working with designers to understand their requests, developing and balancing gameplay mechanics, managing data and system constraints, and working on progression systems, rewards, and potentially NPC/AI behavior. You will also be learning the engine and its constraints. The role involves contributing to a groundbreaking AAA title, working in a dynamic environment with passionate individuals.

Must have:

Significant experience in AAA game production on current/new generation consoles as a Game Designer.
Good knowledge of user experience and bringing the fun-part into the game.
Basic understanding of Visual Scripting and how to modify DataAssets.
Professional English is required.
Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany, with EU work authorization.

Your Role

Responsibilities

As a Game Designer, your missions will be as follows:

Work with programmers to develop tools and improve the interface
Work with the designers to understand their requests
Develop and balance gameplay mechanics and participate in prototype production
Manage data and system constraints (engine impact generated by a modification)
Work on progression systems, rewards, potentially NPC / AI Behaviour
Learning the engine and its constraints

Requirements

Justify your significant experience in the production of AAA games, on current / new generation consoles as a Game Designer and have the following skills

Good knowledge of user experience and bringing the fun-part into the game
Basic understanding of Visual Scripting and how to modify DataAssets
Professional English
Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany (EU work authorization required).
