Job Description

The Game Designer / Game Analyst will understand how a game functions as a service for its customers and analyze customer behavior, identifying and developing purchase drivers within the game's economy. They will provide data-driven recommendations on design, tuning, and pricing to enhance the game's financial performance. The role involves understanding the free-to-play market, especially on mobile platforms, and requires concise writing skills and fluency in English. The responsibilities also include working on multiple game projects on mobile platforms.

Good To Have:

Experience in econometrics / data mining
Experience in community managing, marketing
Systems and Database Queries knowledge
Previous experience as game designer

Must Have:

Fluent written and spoken English
Mastery of Excel
Deep knowledge of free-to-play market
Passion for various game formats

Job Summary
Your responsibility is to understand how a game works as a service for its customers and how the customers behave in it, identifying and developing the purchase drivers in the game economy context, and providing constant data-driven recommendation on design, tuning and pricing in order to improve game financial performance.

Requirements
• Fluent written and spoken English, concise writing skills.
• Mastery of Excel.
• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play market. (specially on mobile).
• Passion for games on all existing formats: board games, card games, sports, paper RPGs, gambling, all genres of videogames.
• Design orientation: Tycoon Games / Citybuilders / TimeManagement.

Pluses
• Previous experience in econometrics / data mining
• Experience in community managing, marketing or product manager
• Systems and Database Queries knowledge
• Previous experience as game designer, social designer or gambling designer
