This role involves the entire process of online game specifications, including creating feature improvement specifications, level design (parameter settings, etc.), creating event, campaign, and gacha data, and schedule management. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and specification creation during the operation of online games and basic knowledge of KPIs. Additionally, the role requires handling schedule management, negotiating with external development teams, managing project progress, UI/flow design experience (existing renovations/existing feature additions), basic design experience with backend tools (KPI screens and GM tools), and level design experience (character parameter settings, etc.).
