Overview
This role involves acquiring licenses for Japanese versions of overseas games (and domestic/international indie games) and publishing them domestically within the Consumer Business Division.
Depending on your experience and expertise, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Negotiation for license acquisition with overseas game publishers and development companies
- Internal project proposal → Project launch (with support from a team manager)
- Project production budget & schedule management
- Game localization (policy formulation, vendor selection, production progress, communication with development teams)
- Coordination with various teams such as sales, promotion, production, and user support
Required Skills
- Work experience in the game industry
- Passion for the latest PC and console games
- Japanese (native language), English (business level)

- QA experience
