Job Summary
The role involves leading sales strategies for home video game software in Asia and Japan, as well as sales on Steam, driving global sales in Asia. This includes formulating sales policies and business plans based on local market trends, and conducting reviews. Responsibilities include sales activities for package, download versions, and Steam products sold in Japan and Asia, designing, implementing, and verifying price promotions (discount sale campaigns), planning sales strategies in Asia and Japan during the sales phase and coordinating with related departments, managing external affairs and coordination with various platformers and domestic and international partner companies, and identifying new distribution and sales channels, as well as managing and analyzing sales and download numbers.

アジア、国内向け家庭用ゲームソフトの販売、Steamの販売戦略面をリードし、アジアにおけるグローバルセールスを推進いただきます。
現地マーケットの動向を踏まえた販売方針、ビジネスプランの策定、振り返りを行っていただきます。
・国内およびアジアで販売するパッケージ・ダウンロード版、Steam商品に対する営業活動
・プライスプロモーション(ディスカウントセールキャンペーン)の設計・実施・検証
・販売フェーズにおけるアジア・国内での販売戦略の立案、関係部門との調整
・各プラットフォーマーや国内外パートナー企業との渉外、調整
・新たな配信チャネルや販売チャネルの発掘
・販売数やダウンロード数の管理・分析
