Animation Production Producer in Music and Video Department

The job involves planning and producing animation projects, including self-managed works and invested works. The role also involves producing various aspects of Intellectual Property (IP) expansion across multiple areas such as animation, music, live events, games, stage productions, and comics. Additionally, the producer will oversee the production of BD/DVD/CD related to these projects and handle investment in production committees. The role includes a progression path, starting with Assistant Producer and transitioning to Producer after gaining experience. Other duties related to these tasks are also included. Compensation is determined based on experience and ability, with example annual incomes ranging from 4,000,000 to 10,000,000 JPY depending on the role (Assistant Producer to Chief Producer).
