The Game Director will be responsible for leading the development team, directing and adjusting planning, specifications, and level design, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with producers and external development teams. This role requires experience in directing smartphone online games, experience in planning, specification formulation, and level design during operation, basic knowledge of KPIs, and experience in project management. The director must have excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills to smoothly advance projects with internal and external stakeholders.
