Job Responsibilities

1. Based on game operation goals, plan targeted operational activities to continuously provide users with good new user, retention, and return experiences.

2. Responsible for the planning, discovery, and development of activity resources. Control the pace of resource allocation to maximize resource efficiency.

3. Responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of operational activities and proposing subsequent optimization plans through data analysis and user feedback.

Job Requirements

1. 3-5+ years of overseas game experience, preferably with experience in overseas FPS game event operations.

2. Avid game enthusiast, with keen user insight, skilled in driving product optimization and event design through player feedback to continuously improve the gaming experience.

3. Good communication and promotion skills, able to coordinate various support teams for collaboration.

4. Clear logical thinking, with certain stress resistance.
