Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the PUBG MOBILE esports event system, formulate corresponding operational strategies, including but not limited to event content, community, and ecosystem;

2. According to operational strategies, collaborate with internal and external teams to promote project implementation;

3. Based on overall goals, regularly track project progress, review effectiveness, and continuously propose optimization suggestions;

Job Requirements

1. Passion for games and esports, in-depth understanding of global FPS esports/products, deep research and thinking on competitive game esports events or sports events;

2. Possess a good spirit of cooperation, skilled in cross-team/cross-department collaboration and communication;

3. Responsible, strong learning ability, actively facing work challenges;

4. Proficiency in English for work communication is a plus.
