Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the data analysis of an in-development 3A stylized realistic shooter PC game;

2. User behavior insights: Deeply analyze game data, identify player behavior patterns, in-game loops, and key indicators such as user churn, and uncover the underlying reasons and driving factors;

3. Data-driven solution formulation: Based on data insights, propose targeted game design and operation and publishing strategies, including gameplay improvements, numerical balance, activity and reward mechanism design, to enhance user retention and payment conversion;

4. Establishment of data analysis system: Build and continuously improve the overall framework and process of data analysis, covering data collection, cleaning, storage, analysis, and visualization, to ensure data quality and the effective reliability of analysis results.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience as a game data analyst or in a related position, familiar with game data analysis processes and methods;

2. Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, with practical experience in data mining and machine learning;

3. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and effectively convey data analysis results to the team;

4. Passionate about games, with keen insight and solid problem-solving skills, able to use English as a working language.
