What the Role Entails

Job Responsibilities

1. Community Daily Operations Support

• Assist in maintaining and activating Japanese local game player communities (X, Discord, YouTube, etc.), participating in topic planning, information updates, and interaction management.
• Collect player feedback, organize and summarize valuable opinions, and report to the team regularly.

2. Content and Copywriting Support

• Based on project needs, write and optimize community operation copy, event announcements, and player interaction content.
• Assist in translating and proofreading Chinese/Japanese and English/Japanese community content, ensuring expressions conform to Japanese local player habits.

3. Market and Player Research

• Pay attention to Japanese local game hotspots and player discussion trends, and regularly output observation reports.
• Research community gameplay and growth models on different platforms (X, Discord, YouTube, etc.), and provide improvement suggestions to the team.

4. Personal Growth and Team Contribution

• Familiarize yourself with overseas community operation models during the internship, accumulating understanding of the Japanese player ecosystem.
• Show passion for the game industry, actively propose new ideas, and bring fresh perspectives to community building.

Who We Look For

Requirements

1. Currently enrolled in university/graduate school. Japanese nationals preferred, Chinese/English language ability is a plus. For Chinese nationals: Japanese N1 level or above, fluent in speaking and writing Japanese is required, English language ability is a plus.

2. Loves games, passionate about the game industry, has frequently played game types, is a heavy gamer, and has personal observations and understanding of game communities (X, Discord, YouTube, etc.).

3. Meticulous in work, has certain copywriting ability, and strong logical thinking ability.

4. Has good communication skills and stable emotions.

5. Able to work 28 hours per week for the internship.

6. Please attach a list of games you play and their duration, as well as mobile game ranks and participation status, in your resume.

Salary

Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)

• *Consideration will be given to experience, skills, etc., and preferential treatment will be provided according to company regulations.*
• *For general employees, fixed overtime pay for 35 hours per month is included.*
• *For managerial positions, fixed overtime pay for 10 hours is included.*

Working Hours and Holidays

Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes

Flex-time available

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Paid leave: For the first year of employment, prorated based on the month of joining. Up to 22 days based on years of service.

Year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 - January 3)

Sick leave (paid): 12 days/year (granted separately from paid leave)
