Job Description

1. Participate in operational tasks such as game scheduling, version updates, event planning, and user community maintenance.

2. Listen to players' voices, interact and communicate with players in the game community, understand and care for player needs.

3. Deeply analyze game-related data, including but not limited to activity effectiveness and user analysis, to provide strong support for game development.

4. Plan interesting and attractive operational activities to provide players with unique experiences and value, while achieving game activity and commercialization goals.

Job Requirements

1. Love life and games (please attach game experience to your resume), possess excellent aesthetic sense and insight. Love Nikki series users are preferred.

2. Possess excellent logical thinking and writing skills, be meticulous, rigorous, empathetic, and creative.

3. Good at communication, strong execution, high commitment, strong stress resistance, able to control project progress and actively promote its development.

4. Possess strong self-driving ability, strong learning ability, and are willing to accept new things.
